• How quickly can I sell my car?

We can value your car and pay you cash and take your car away, all on the same day.

• How will you value my car?

We will inspect the car and offer you a price based on the condition and the general market value. We buy and sell used cars in any condition. We just ask that they have a current MOT certificate and log book (V5), and some proof of your identity. Other items such as a full service history are not essential, but can affect the price we offer.

Even outstanding finance isn't a problem! We can simply deduct the amount from the selling price, and take over the finance for you. If it's the cost of financing that's getting you down, the Auto Angel is the answer!

• What happens if I miss a scratch or dent?

Our valuation is based on the description that you gave.

When we come to inspect the car, if your online description does not match our collection driver's evaluation, we will reduce the purchase price. This does not happen very often however we will always be honest and fair with you.

• How and when will I receive my money?

We send you your money on a same-day basis by Instant Electronic Transfer which takes minutes. If you would prefer to receive a cheque please do tell us and we can arrange this no problem.

• Why can't I have cash for my car?

For safety reasons our drivers are not permitted to carry large amounts of cash on them. We send our customers the money electronically and it arrives in your bank account in minutes.

• I have outstanding finance against my car?

No problem - we will simply settle your outstanding finance as part of the transaction.

How? - You will need written confirmation of your settlement amount from your finance company prior to collection. If you owe more on your finance than the sale price of the car, you will need to pay us the difference before we collect your car.

• I do not have a V5 registration document. Will you still buy my car?

We need the original V5 document (Log Book) as this allows us to check all is in order with your car and ensure that the car belongs to you.

If you do not have one, it’s simple to get another V5: Fill in a form V62 (from any Post Office) and send it to: DVLA, Swansea SA99 1AR. It normally takes between 3 and 4 weeks to obtain your new V5.

• Do you buy imported cars?

No, at the moment we are not able to buy any cars that were not first registered in the UK.

• Do you charge to come and collect my car?

No – we will arrange to collect your car at a time to suit you - all at no cost.

• What happens if I recommend a friend?
